My name is Rob Engelthaler.  I was first introduced to the heating and cooling system of Marina Towers in 1999 when i bought a one bedroom unit in the east tower.  Being a high end cabinet maker i knew I wanted everything to be new in the condo, including that old noisy ac/heating unit.  So I began my research with GE and found little help.  I then turned to the management company at the time and had no help. I then began on my own to develop a way to make the new units work.  I have not only made them work for my own condo but have sold and installed many units for the fine residents of Marina Towers.
